The Professors is named in recognition of the university professors who have inspired the Washington State wine industry.
The Professors is where Washington’s dark berry flavors meet oak, with a rich smooth, and complex, black cherry finish. Aging in new or one year old French oak barrels, provides complimentary vanilla notes and a hint of smoke to both the nose and palate. This wine will benefit from several years of bottle aging, and pairs well with red meats, and excels with sharp cheese and chocolate.
