Cinq Cellars was formed in 2011.
Our name “Cinq” is five in French, and is in recognition of the fact that our winery was formed by five friends who have a shared interest in making and tasting wine.
At Cinq Cellars we focus on making wines, in limited quantities, that reflect the unique character of Washington-sourced grapes. Accordingly we will emphasize fruit-forward wines. Our whites are fermented to dry, and our reds are wood aged to complement, but not mask, the natural flavors of the grapes.

Due to our limited production, we do not maintain regular tasting room hours. We do send out regular communications about events and tasting room openings.
